Here’s some of the adventures we get up to.

 Planetree Adventure is a licensed (A.A.L.A.) provider for: Rock climbing, Abseiling, Mountaineering, Trekking Hill Walking, Gorge Scrambling and Open Canoeing. We also provide Bush craft & Survival skills, Navigation training, Duke of Edinburgh training and assessment expeditions, UK & Worldwide expeditions, UK & worldwide trekking, Snow Shoeing, Eco Tourism and environmental projects.

 We have a nine seater Landrover that enables us to get you to your adventure whatever the terrain or weather and an amazing travelling tipi, to be used as accommodation, a travelling classroom, creative space or party venue. This lovely bit of kit packs down into a handy rucksack, is heated and can sleep up to 15 or seat 25.

 Whether it’s an hour, a day, a week, or a month or more we can take you on an adventure never to be forgotten.

  One of our aims is to work as local as possible and promote our local area. North Wales is a famous place for many adventure sports. We are based in the county of Flintshire formerly known as Clwyd. There are two guide books of great climbing here right on the doorstep, Clwyd rock and Clwyd limestone.

  We have links to many great local accommodation facilities, something for all budgets and requirements e.g. tarps, tents, tipis, bunk houses, B&B's, guest houses, huts and hotels.

The Planeteers

 We believe strongly in inspiring young people so we run an exciting adventure club for young people up to 18 years. We are based in North Wales, an amazing place for adventure. We have many great climbing crags, beautiful Mountains, Lakes, coastline and a great variety of wildlife in wonderful woodland.
  The aim of the club is to learn the skills to explore our amazing planet in an adventurous and fun way. These include navigation, first aid, mountaineering, climbing, abseiling, survival skills & canoeing to name a few.

 Members can choose activities they want to do. There are fortnightly meets and days out.
